VERY Spicy Thai Basil Chicken (Pad Krapow Gai)
ingredients
1 lb ground chicken
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 red chili, chopped
1 cup fresh Thai basil leaves
method
Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and chili, and cook for 1 minute.
Add ground chicken and cook until browned.
Stir in soy sauce, fish sauce, and oyster sauce.
Toss in basil leaves and cook until wilted
