Bourbon BBQ Chicken Drumsticks [Instant Pot]
ingredients
Bourbon BBQ Sauce - AMOUNT
Brown sugar - 2 Tbl.
onion powder - 2 tsp.
Salt - 1 tsp.
Garlic Powder - 1 tsp.
Chili Powder - 1 tsp.
Black Pepper - 1/2 tsp.
Chicken drumsticks - 8, skinned
Celery - optional
Carrot sticks - optional
method
- Make seasoning: In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, onion powder, salt, garlic powder, chili powder, and black pepper. Rub seasoning over the drumsticks.
- Place drumsticks in a 6-quart instant pot. Drizzle half the sauce over chicken, gently stirring to coat. Pressure cook on HIGH for 10 minutes or until chicken is tender. Manually release pressure. Serve with the remaining BBQ Sauce.
