Bourbon BBQ Sauce

ingredients

  • Ketchup - 250mL {248g}
  • Brown sugar - 55g
  • Onion - 30g, chopped
  • Bourbon - 45mL
  • Yellow mustard - 15ml {15g | 1 Tbl.}
  • Crushed Red Pepper - 7.5mL {1/2 tsp.}
  • method

    1. In a small saucepan, combine the ingredients. Bring to a Boil. Simmer 5 minutes.
