Bourbon BBQ Sauce
ingredients
Ketchup - 250mL {248g}
Brown sugar - 55g
Onion - 30g, chopped
Bourbon - 45mL
Yellow mustard - 15ml {15g | 1 Tbl.} Crushed Red Pepper - 7.5mL {1/2 tsp.}
method
- In a small saucepan, combine the ingredients. Bring to a Boil. Simmer 5 minutes.
