Bourbon BBQ Chicken Drumsticks [Slow Cooker]
ingredients
Bourbon BBQ Sauce - AMOUNT
Brown sugar - 2 Tbl.
onion powder - 2 tsp.
Salt - 1 tsp.
Garlic Powder - 1 tsp.
Chili Powder - 1 tsp.
Black Pepper - 1/2 tsp.
Chicken drumsticks - 8, skinned
Celery - optional
Carrot sticks - optional
method
- Make seasoning: In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, onion powder, salt, garlic powder, chili powder, and black pepper. Rub seasoning over the drumsticks.
- Place drumsticks in a 4-quart slow cooker. Drizzle remaining sauce over chicken, gently stirring to coat. Cover and cook on LOW for 5 to 6 hours or HIGH for 2 1/2 to 3 hours or until chicken is tender. Serve with the remaining BBQ Sauce.
