Blackberry White Chocolate Marble Cheesecake

ingredients

- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted - 24 oz cream cheese, softened - 1 cup sugar - 3 large eggs - 1 cup white chocolate chips, melted - 1 tsp vanilla extract - 1/2 cup blackberry jam - Fresh blackberries for garnish

method

    1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan. 2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan. 3. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. 4. Stir in melted white chocolate and vanilla extract until combined. 5. Pour half of the cream cheese mixture into the pan. Drop spoonfuls of blackberry jam on top. Swirl with a knife to create a marble effect. 6. Pour the remaining cream cheese mixture on top. Repeat the swirling with more blackberry jam. 7. Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is almost set. Let it cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours. 8. Garnish with fresh blackberries before serving.
