Lemon Cheesecake Martini
ingredients
1.5 oz vanilla vodka ?
1 oz limoncello
1 oz cream cheese liqueur or 1 tbsp softened cream cheese
1 oz half-and-half or heavy cream
0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
0.5 oz simple syrup or graham cracker syrup ?
Garnish: Crushed graham cracker rim, whipped cream, or lemon zest
method
Rim a chilled martini glass with crushed graham crackers
If using real cream cheese, blend or shake it first with a splash of cream to smooth it out
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice
Shake vigorously until creamy and chilled
Strain into your prepared martini glass
Garnish with whipped cream, a lemon twist, or a sprinkle of graham crumbs
